Origin: Red sport of Pilot, Germany

Date and harvesting: 20th-30th September, harvesting takes place only when the fruits have obtained a good coloring and the degree of starch regression, Brix index and fruit firmness has reached the optimal level for harvesting the fruits to be preserved in cold rooms.

Fruit description: Suitable variety for organic orchards due to its good tolerance to pests and diseases. Good variety for farm shops too because of its good eating qualities . Red color on a yellow background,  firm, sweet and acidic with a strong aroma.

Storage: Up to 6-7 months in a normal refrigerated room and up to 8-9 months in a refrigerated room with a controlled atmosphere.
