Date and harvesting: October 5-20, harvesting takes place only when the fruits have obtained a good coloring and the degree of starch regression, Brix index and fruit firmness have reached the optimum level for harvesting the fruits to be preserved in cold rooms.
Fruit description: very attractive dark red, striped blushed; nearly all the surface of the fruit is coloured. Very firm, sweet and sharp, typical of Braeburn and very pleasant flavor when stored in the refrigerator.
Storage: Up to 6-7 months in a normal refrigerated room and up to 8-9 months in a refrigerated room with a controlled atmosphere.
