Date and harvesting: September 10-25, harvesting takes place only when the degree of starch regression, Brix index and fruit firmness has reached the optimum level for harvesting the fruits to be preserved in the cold chambers.

Fruit description: Green-yellow fruit with strong lenticular points. Crisp and juicy heart with a sweet-acid taste and balanced, fine flavors.

Storage: Up to 6-7 months in a normal refrigerated room and up to 8 months in a controlled atmosphere refrigerated room.
