Date and harvesting: September 15-30, harvesting takes place only when the fruits have obtained a good coloring and the degree of starch regression, the Brix index and the firmness of the fruit have reached the optimum level for harvesting the fruits to be preserved in cold rooms.

Description of the fruit: Intensive red color on the whole surface of the fruit that offers a wonderful look. A slightly crisp, crispy white kernel with a sweet, acid-flavored taste and a specific flavor of the Red Delicious range.

Storage: Up to 6-7 months in a normal refrigerated room and up to 8-9 months in a refrigerated room with a controlled atmosphere.
