Origin: Cross between two breeding selections made at the Rutgers Fruit Research and Development Center, 1971, USA
Date and harvesting: September 1 to 10, harvesting takes place only when the fruits have obtained good coloring and the degree of starch regression, Brix index and fruit firmness have reached the optimum level for harvesting the fruits to be preserved in cold rooms.
Description of the fruits: Red color on a bright yellow background and shining on almost the entire surface of the fruit that gives an attractive appearance. Firm and fine; very good balance between sugars and acidity . Resistant to the common scab strains .
Storage: Up to 4-5 months in a normal refrigerated room and up to 6-7 months in a refrigerated room with a controlled atmosphere.
