Origin: Sport of Granny Smith
Date and harvesting: September 15-30, harvesting takes place only when the degree of starch regression, Brix index and fruit firmness have reached the optimum level for harvesting the fruits to be preserved in the cold chambers.
Fruit description: Intensive green color throughout the fruit. White lenticelle points stronger than the Granny Smith variety. The core is crispy, succulent and strongly acidified.
Storage: Up to 6-7 months in a normal refrigerated room and up to 8-9 months in a refrigerated room with a controlled atmosphere.
